Assistant Chef is a genuine baking and pastry-making laboratory with a tasting room.

If you are a pastry-chef, you can now turn your creativity into reality in our confidential professionnaly equiped kitchen (details on demand).

Food-suppliers, our laboratory will give you the opportunity to prepare your products properly and present them to your clients during a tasting session.

Professionnal photographs, you will be able to take pictures of real desserts a pastry-chef has created for you.

Where to find us ?

Assistant Chef is very easy to find and close to the "sacré-coeur".

Our adress: 49 rue Hermel, 75018 Paris

If you take the metro: - Stop at Jules Joffrin on the line 12 and go down the rue Hermel.
- Or stop at Simplon on the line 4, take the rue Joseph Dijon and turn on the first street on the right.

If you are driving: - You can reach us directly from the motorway "A1" and the peripheric is very close either through the "Porte de Clignancourt" or through "the Porte de la Chapelle".
- There are parking places in front of the building.
